Is there a minimum or a maximum age for renting a vehicle with Beepit?
If you are 21 years old you can both rent and drive our vehicles, but keep in mind that those over 70 years old can book their vehicle only with a comfort cover package.
During pick up you need to present a valid driver’s license, additionally, drivers' licenses that aren’t in Latin script, for example Chinese, Japanese or Cyrillic script, need to be accompanied by an international driver’s license.
Do I need my driver's license to make a reservation?
When making a reservation, you don’t need to write your driver’s license number nor information, but you do need to have a valid driver’s license with you to pick up your selected vehicle. Non-EU citizens are required to produce an international driving license upon the vehicle's collection. For countries included in the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic that is permitted to use a national driving license in Greece, you may contact our reservation department to be informed accordingly.
Which credit or debit cards do you accept?
We accept all credit cards:
- Visa,
- MasterCard
- Union Pay
- Dinners Club International.
Note: we do not accept prepaid or electron cards, travel cards, nor Visa Electron, American Express
or Maestro
Can I use my credit or debit card to make a reservation for another person?
You can however keep in mind that the person signing the contract needs to be the cardholder of a valid credit or debit card.

Can I pick a specific car model?
Although we do try to keep every client wish in mind, sadly we cannot guarantee a specific model, only the selected car category.
What is the minimum amount of time I can rent a vehicle for?
Our vehicles can be used for a couple of hours per your desires, however the minimum amount charged is always 48 hours. Pick up, and drop off time is always selected during the reservation process.
Is there a maximum vehicle rent period?
The maximum rent period is 30 days. However, in case of a need for a longer rental period than the one designated here, please contact our Customer Support.
Is there a limit on the mileage done during the rental period?
Our regular offer does not have a limit on the mileage done. In case of special offers the limit on the mileage is always clearly stated.
Does the reservation need to have the exact pick up time?
During the reservation process, you need to state the exact pick-up time. However, you can change the pickup time up until 12 hours before vehicle pick up.
Note: in case of late arrivals, we hold the right not to release the vehicle.
Can pick up and drop off be selected outside the working hours of the office?
Yes, however in case of pick up and drop off outside the offices working hours a special fee is charged that is stated during the reservation process.
Can drop off be agreed upon for a location which does not have your office?
Per our desire to offer our clients even greater flexibility, we have made this possible by creating custom offers (according to drop of location).
Can I pick up my reservation in locations other than your offices?
We do offer such a service. However, it needs to be agreed upon 48 hours before vehicle pick up, and it is charged per our additional services price list.
Can the rented vehicle be transported via ferry?
All our customers have freedom of movement with their rental. However, a special written permission from Beepit is needed. A fee is charged in such a case.
Can I use the rented vehicle outside of Greece?
No, you cannot use the vehicle outside of Greek borders.
Do I need to choose insurance during the reservation process?
Yes, if you want the complete information about the price of your rental, however, you can always select additional packages and services during vehicle pick up.
What are additional insurance packages?
With additional insurance packages, you can decrease your personal responsibility in case of vehicle damages. It can be either reduced or completely removed. Insurance excess depends on the vehicle category, chosen package, and the number of days the vehicle is rented for. You can check the price of additional packages during the reservation process.
What is Insurance Excess?
Insurance Excess is the maximum amount the client can be held responsible for in case of an accident. Its height depends on the vehicle category, and the amount can be checked during the reservation process.
How can I decrease the excess amount?
You can decrease it by choosing an additional insurance package, and per the package selected the excess amount is either lowered or completely removed.
What is SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver)?
SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is additional insurance that buys out the excess (participation in damage) done on the vehicle's body.
What is WUG (Wheels Undercarriage and Glass protection)?
WUG (Wheels Undercarriage and Glass protection) is additional insurance that buys out the excess for damages done to the wheels, underside, and glass.
Do I need to reserve additional equipment before the vehicle pickup?
To be certain that the desired equipment will be available during pick up, we advise you to reserve it during the vehicle reservation process. However, according to availability, you can also request it in our offices.
What additional equipment can I select during the reservation process or at the vehicle pickup itself?
In our selection, we offer GPS (satellite) and child seat/booster.
